Although we appreciate all business, we are forced to carefully plan our limited resources and energy to deliver high quality and timely services to our customers. Therefore it is critical for both parties to know what are on our way and when they need be delivered.
2. Tell us as much technical information as possible. This helps us understand your projects better. Our expertise will help you find the more efficient solutions once we know exactly what your need.
3. Allow us to keep both parties on our feet, i.e., if certain timelines are agreed, we will remind you to follow these milestones. This is not to take over your projects, rather to keep us all on the same ground.
